Nancy, this is how I did it. I downloaded the picture from flickr to my own hard drive. Then I went to my dashboard in my blog account and clicked on layout. Then click on Add a Gadget and choose Picture from the list of gadgets. Choose the picture you saved earlier and put this blog's website (I just copy and paste) into the link box and click save. Then it will be on your sidebar and if anyone clicks on it, it will take them to this blog.
